Villa Management - Property Manager Role

We are a well established St. John Villa Management Company looking for a vibrant and attentive candidate to join our team. This role's primary responsibility is to focus on the upkeep of our portfolio of homes via evaluation & coordination of maintenance needs on the properties. The Property Manager is expected to provide professional relationship management for Villa Owners, Guests and on-island service providers & businesses.

Hours are 9am-5pm, five days a week, Monday thru Saturday.

Transportation is required.

Role Description:

The Property Manager Position serves as the primary point of contact for villa owners, villa guests and reports to the STJ Director of Operations. They will assist in villa upkeep and make maintenance recommendations. This role enjoys time spent in the office and out at various properties around the island of St. John.

Our team members must put forth a professional appearance and demeanor, as representatives of the company.

Requirements:

- high level of attention to detail and thorough follow up

- solid organizational and time management skills

- ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities

- must display consistency and reliability in their work ethic

- work well independently and as a member of a team

- strong communication skills for both verbal and written communications

- proficiency with computers and ability to learn & utilize various software applications

Prior Experience is a plus.

Education - High School Graduate / GED Equivalent
