• Should have 8 plus years relevant experience
• BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting
• Pega CSSA
• Should have hands on experience in end to end PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8.x
• Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
• Demonstrated experience in PEGA Administration
• Demonstrated experience in Systems Administration and Analysis
• Strong JVM experience • Strong Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
• Experience with application/platform performance monitoring tools such as PAL, PMI, AES and Windows Performance Monitor
• Experience in adopting Pega applications with CICD tools.
• Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures

• Experience in Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) a plus
• Experience in J2EE application development is a plus
• Experience in RPA, AI, ML, NLP is a plus
