The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about our products, possess strong communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and merchandising products.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with empathy and efficiency.
Achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets set by management.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
