Description We are looking to bring on board an analytical professional for the role of a Service Assistant in Amarillo, Texas. This role primarily involves offering support to our financial advisory team and handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high level of service in the financial services industry.Responsibilities: Assist in managing CRM and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Utilize Crystal Reports and other management systems to prepare reports and presentations. Handle various accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Participate in budget processes, assisting in the creation, review, and monitoring of budgets. Oversee cash activity, ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Utilize Series 63 and Series 65 licenses to perform specific tasks as required. Manage and maintain records of asset-backed securities. Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues related to their credit accounts. Monitor customer credit accounts and take action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements Proficiency in CRM and Crystal Reports is essential Demonstrable experience with Management Systems and About Time software Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes is required Ability to manage Cash Activity efficiently Familiarity with Compliance regulations and processes Must hold Series 63 and Series 65 Licenses Experience with Asset Backed Securities is a plus The candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
