We need a "Full Charge" Mechanic capable of maintaining our mobile on-site batch plants, volumetric mixers, and heavy equipment. Your priority is ensuring our mobile production units never experience downtime during a critical commercial pour. You will manage the maintenance schedule for our heavy industrial fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Plant Maintenance: Diagnose and repair volumetric concrete mixers and mobile batching units (hydraulics, conveyor systems, augers, and computerized calibration systems).
Wheel Loader & Fleet Repair: Maintain support equipment including wheel loaders and fleet trucks.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute a strict PM schedule for fleet vehicles and production equipment to ensure safety and reliability on remote industrial sites.
Field Service: Perform emergency repairs on-site at commercial projects to minimize production interruptions.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
Specific experience with volumetric mixers or batch plants is a major plus.
Strong hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently on large-scale job sites.
