We're looking for skilled, dependable floor guys for part-time and as-needed work. These are job-by-job opportunities, perfect for someone experienced in flooring who wants flexible, well-paid work.
Pay:
$40–$50/hr for high-quality work
(Job-based pricing also available if fair and agreed upon)
Skills Needed:
Pulling up glue-down tiles
Concrete floor prep, cleaning, staining, and sealing
Tile installation on concrete floors
Floor leveling and surface prep
High-quality vinyl, laminate, glue-down tile, and snap board installs
Backer board installation
Tile demolition and removal
Bonus: If you can install kitchen, bathroom, tub, or shower backsplashes, that’s a big plus
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Your own tools (or let us know if you need help getting something specific for a job)
Strong experience in floor prep and installation
Commitment to high-quality workmanship
Clean background preferred (no major violent crimes, felonies, theft, or sex-related charges)
