We’re seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter for occasional side projects and tasks we simply don’t have time to take on ourselves. This could be either subcontract work or tasks you oversee while working closely with our team.
Pay:
$40–$50/hr for exceptional work
(Project-based pricing available if fair and agreed upon)
We’re looking for someone with experience in:
Framing (walls, windows, doors)
Door installations (interior & exterior)
Interior trim, moulding, crown molding
Cabinet & shelving installation (including floating shelves)
Modifying or framing around load-bearing walls
General carpentry and finish work
Requirements:
Must have your own tools (or let us know if a special tool is needed for a job you don’t normally do)
Reliable transportation
Clean background preferred (no major violent crimes, felonies, theft, or sex-related offenses)
Strong work ethic and high-quality craftsmanship
Good communication and the ability to work independently or alongside others
