The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to join UTA during an exciting period of growth and contribute as the university broadens its impact.Job Summary Work with customers and IT teams to develop requirements, maintain application configuration, test, support (issue management, request fulfillment) and provide expert analysis for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute independent subject matter expertise and execution of assigned tasks including incident management and resolution.

Request fulfillment and problem management root cause analysis.

Assisting with compiling/reviewing business cases planning and monitoring, eliciting, and organizing business requirements.

Translating and simplifying business requirements; requirements management and communication.

Analysis of business requirements and development of detailed test plans.

Collaborate and share knowledge including demonstrating functionality and expertise to educate internal/campus customers.

Documenting and sharing tools, tips, and knowledge within and across teams.

Provide content/develop communication to the external end-user.

Contribute knowledge and process improvement including:

posting and reviewing with internal/campus customers helpful documentation for SME ; recommendations for process/procedure improvements; Project management and performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years experience or equivalent relevant experience .

Preferred Qualifications

Five (5) years of progressively responsible PeopleSoft support and analysis experience.

Expertise in setup and configuration of Campus Solutions module and related integrations.

CRM Experience.

Solid knowledge of Campus Solutions 9.2 or greater with specialty with Admissions/Campus Community.

Extensive knowledge in setup and configuration of Campus Community and Admissions module.

Extensive knowledge of Apply Texas application process, campus community functionality and CommGen process is a plus.

Experience in international admissions and working with SEVIS .

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

Solid working knowledge of two or more modules in Campus Solutions or greater with solid working knowledge of all phases of the application development life cycle and specifically business case development.

Possess the ability to work with third party integrations and knowledge of core Campus Solutions functionality and use of PS Query to support functional users for testing and reporting.

Ability to work well with people in all levels of the organization and handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment were competing interests and working multiple priorities is the norm.

Excellent organizational skills, leadership skills, promote teamwork, problem-solving, and understanding of systems engineering concepts.

Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Project).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; including technical writing skills.

Solid issue isolation skills.

Ability to quickly interpret and gather requisite information.

Solid work organization and process hand-off skills.
