Candidates should demonstrate a record of excellence in social science research, undergraduate and graduate teaching, and service appropriate for a tenured professor. The faculty member will assist the Department in efforts to recruit, advise, and engage students and develop and refine the Department’s curriculum.Required Qualifications
A completed Ph.D.
A Ph.D. in Political Science.
Experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Political Science.
Experience teaching courses in American Politics and/or public policy.
Interest in teaching and student services at a sustained level sufficient to meet tenure standards.
Sufficient experience with service appropriate to their rank and number of years as a professor.
Several peer-reviewed publications.
