Job DescriptionThis is an on-site role in Arlington TX and will travel between 35-50% depending on workload and projectsWe are looking for a controls engineering manager with strong technical background in controls engineering, robotics, and technical leadership. This person will coordinate multiple projects, and meet with customers to define requirements, and mentor a team. Candidates will need to have strong technical background with AllenBradley products and preferably Fanuc too.Skills and Requirements-10-15 years of controls engineering experience.-Strong knowledge of automated material handling experience (AMHS).-AllenBradley experience (e.g. ControlLogix, Power VFDs, Servo Movement)-Organization does some Schneider.-Background in robotics.-Fanuc experience (Fanuc strategic partner to this organization).-1-3 years of experience directly managing a team of individual contributors.-Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities in a project-based environment.
