Support Project Engineers to coordinate project deliverables with Project Engineer and Operations Center resources

Attend Project Manager to Engineering Service Turnover as requested/required by PE for individual projects to gather requested delivery dates and project details to ensure accurate detailed planning

Support PE to ensure engineering services budgets are set/in-scope, create OCWR for required services

Complete setup in Engineering Collaboration Tool (ECT) – Including but not limited to: Initiate project, create project structure, set milestones, tasks, dates, assignments

Monitor booking of agile projects for timely assignment of designated resources

Ensure deliverables are on-track according to set milestones and task due dates; includes monitoring and tracking of issues & opportunities as well as unresolved RFI’s

Ensure information exchange takes place between project team and Operations Center

Create additional tasks in ECT to support additional engineering deliverable due to change orders

Ensure project assignments to the correct Operations Center

Ensure project SharePoint and Bluebeam folders have been created

Maintain alignment with restricted project requirements when applicable

Ensure project archive & closeout task has been completed

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills

2+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and PC skills

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a hybrid (onsite/remote) work environment in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro area

Must be 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or bachelor's degree

4+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills within construction, engineering, mechanical/electrical, low voltage, or similar technical industries

4+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams

1+ years of experience with software such as but not limited to BookIt, SAP and/or ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool)

1+ years of experience coordinating engineering project deliverables including project initiation, managing queues, materials, timelines, budgets and issues/escalations

Demonstrated knowledge/aptitude of engineering principles based on applicable work experience

The pay range for this position is $41,600 - $77,300. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
