Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for maintaining proper functioning of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, packaging and processing equipment, utility systems, and following all OSHA and facility-specific protocols (including LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.)

Perform the proper function of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing maintenance requirements (both planned and unplanned) on production, packaging and processing equipment, and utility systems

Successfully perform troubleshooting on Programmable Logic Control (PLC) and AC/DC drive systems

On call for emergency repairs in breakdown situations as necessary

Accurately read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service

Perform preventative maintenance (i.e., conducting computerized preventative maintenance check-ups or reading SPC charts and data) as needed

Ensure proper function of the line manufacturing support systems (line/lube delivery, resin delivery, process systems, operational support.)

Accurately complete and document work orders promptly in CMMS to maintain high-quality standards

The essential functions of this role include:
