Registered Nurse (RN) Transfer CenterFast-paced, high volume Transfer Center is looking for top skilled nurses.Is that you?Work location: Texas Health Transfer Center, 612 E. Lamar Blvd., Arlington, TX 76011Work hours: PRN, As neededTransfer Center highlights:

Here’s What You Need

Associates Degree in Nursing required

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

2 years clinical registered nurse experience within the last 2 years required or

1 year transfer center experience within the last year required

1 year THR transfer center experience within the last year preferred

What You Will Do

Coordinates and facilitates patient transfers following the Transfer Center's process flow and higher level of care requirements

Transfer Center Data Collection.

Maintain knowledge base regarding ever evolving changes at each entity

Teamwork "Individuals caring for individuals, together", Shared Decision Making, Professional Development
