Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant with experience using TaxDome to support our team. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be working directly with clients to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client onboarding, document management, and workflow processes within TaxDome
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Draft, proofread, and send client communications, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Ensure confidentiality and security of client information
Requirements:
Experience with TaxDome (Required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused mindset
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred: Located in Texas
Additional Details:
This is a 1099 contractor position (not an employee role)
Compensation is based on experience
