Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
NOW HIRING experienced full time, full charge bookkeeper.
We are a local, family HVAC & Home Repair service company with over 45 years of service in Austin.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
AP
AR
Payroll
Taxes
Sales and use tax reports
Journal entries
Bank reconciliations
Financial statement preparation
Workers comp reports, etc.
Experience Requirements:
Advanced classes in accounting &/or previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper
Experience with integrated software & QuickBooks
Customer service skills & phone skills
Accurate and timely performance is a must
Must pass background check
Work well with others and be able to multi task
