Growing Accounting/Consulting company is looking for experienced part time and full time, full charge bookkeepers and an accounting lead.
Duties for the full charge bookkeeper will include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, data entry and bank reconciliations.
The accounting lead will perform high level bookkeeping tasks as well as delegate and review the work of the other bookkeepers.
Applicants must be a QuickBooks DESKTOP expert (2018 or newer) and proficient in Excel. Being a CERTIFIED QuickBooks ProAdvisor would be excellent.
