The Director of Business Analysis will work cross-functionally to build and manage financial models for Okapi Environmental Services and additional companies. This position will produce analytics and reports for all plant operations to identify operational efficiencies and establish tracking protocols for RINs and other financial metrics. The role will be a direct interface with external customers, businesses and consultants to manage existing operations as well as future endeavors.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analysis or other related subjects.
Ten years of experience in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
Ability to comprehend the organizations goals and problems and then create the best solution to those problems and the attainment of those goals.
Ability to think critically.
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.
Ability to create cost-benefit analysis' and the successfully negotiate and mediate between leadership to find the best solutions.
Have a high level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce the best outcome for the organization.
Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
Safe driving record for the past 3 years.
