We are looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well with customers and coworkers, is fluent in Spanish and English, has reliable transportation to work, and is trainable.
We are looking for someone who can work 5 days a week, with rotating Saturdays.
This position is an unlicensed position. You will be working directly with Agents in the office, management and other locations.
We prefer someone with customer service experience but will accept someone who is willing to learn.
The following is a list of daily duties you will be performing on a regular basis, including but not limited to:
Ensure all calls are answered and every customer, whether a walk in or phone call, is helped
Taking and posting payments properly, handling customer and Agency sensitive information.
Receiving and sending emails, documents, photos, etc.
Answering customer questions correctly and accurately
Update customer information as needed, auto pay, address change, etc
Help cleaning the office, sweep, mop, clean restrooms as needed
Effective communication with coworkers, management, and other offices to pass information along quickly and accurately
There will be times when bad news will have to be given to the customer. Remaining calm and professional is a must, as we cannot take it personally if the customer reacts a certain way. Tough skin is a must.
We are a small insurance agency specializing in auto insurance in the Austin area. We are growing and need help handling our many customers!
Office environment is relaxed, we don't really have a dress code, no shorts. TV included. If the phones aren't ringing, then your time is your own.
We usually pay three bonuses throughout the year, depending on the performance of the agency. And we have a pretty sweet Christmas Party every year!
