Bemis, Roach & Reed is a dynamic, North Austin, Long Term Disability and Social Security disability law firm looking for a full-time employee with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm for helping others. This person needs to be detail-oriented, organized, and confident. Previous experience in a call center or customer support is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Duties will include:
Screening calls and emails for potential new clients
Extensive client contact
Utilizing case management database
Other duties as assigned
