Job Description:
We are seeking professional and courteous Valet attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for our clients guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval in a prompt and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.
Keep accurate records of parked vehicles, including location and any pertinent information.
Provide guests with directions and information about the facility when requested.
Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding vehicle handling and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the valet service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a valet or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Valid driver's license.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
