Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and energetic Laundromat Attendant to join our team! The ideal candidate is a team player who is prompt, reliable, and ready to assist customers with their laundry needs.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of the laundromat, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
Assist customers with questions, machine operations, and general inquiries.
Manage the cash drawer, process payments, and provide accurate change.
Wash, dry, and fold laundry for both personal customers and commercial clients.
Ensure machines and equipment are in good working order, reporting any issues as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
(English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
