We’re looking for caring, enthusiastic educators to join our team and help young learners build strong skills in Math and English. If you enjoy working with children in a structured, supportive environment—with no lesson planning required—this is a great fit.
Role Responsibilities
Teach Math and English in small groups of 3–5 students
Use our pre-designed curriculum and materials for all lessons
Support students individually to boost confidence and mastery
Track progress and communicate updates with parents and leadership
Teach reading, writing, grammar, and math for ages 3–14
Maintain a positive, organized classroom environment
Attend occasional trainings and team meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Math, English, or related field (preferred)
At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience with young learners
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for student growth and development
Ability to guide small-group learning effectively
Patient, adaptable, and engaging teaching style
