What You'll Do
Create a world of wonder: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom where toddlers feel empowered to explore, play, and learn.
Be a guide and cheerleader: Support social and emotional growth by helping children navigate routines, practice sharing, and develop independence.
Cultivate curiosity: Implement our exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum, bringing lessons to life through hands-on activities and discovery.
Build lasting connections: Partner with families through open communication, creating trust and supporting each child’s unique growth journey.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience: Minimum 2 years in a toddler or early childhood classroom.
Strong leadership: Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shift between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch.
