Looking for a part-time Nanny (with full time pay) to handle school pick up and child care for 3 children (ages 21 months, 11 & 14) in the afternoons/evenings + 2 weekends per month. There is also an older teenager in the home that does not require care. Nanny will work as part of a team of household staff, including other nannies. School year schedule is: M-W-F 2:00pm - 7:00pm; T-TH 2:00pm - "late" (Nanny must be flexible on end times), approximately 25-30 hours per week (40 hour guaranteed paid minimum). The weekend schedule is: Saturday AND Sunday from 7:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility on the end time). Weekend schedule will be provided several months in advance. Weekends will be paid out as overtime (time and a half) hours! Summer schedule may differ a bit, but the hours worked will be similar and will still be paid out at 40/hr guaranteed per week.
Ideal candidate will be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be willing to communicate effectively with household manager and family. Light household work required (NO deep cleaning, family has maids that come 3x per week). Must have years of experience working with children (toddlers through school age) and must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. A positive attitude is very important to the family!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Child Care
Driving children to/from school (30 minute drive), appointments and activities
Enforce the children's completion of assigned chores
Planning activities, outings and parties
Accompany kids on trips and to appointments
Help with scheduling for kids (work with management/family)
Cook for kids (sometimes dinner prep for family, though not often)
Basic simple clean up of main living areas
Personal receipt management
Completion of the Daily Household and Closing Lists daily
Feed cats
Enforcing/supervising kids' cat responsibilities

MUST be a team player, help where needed and be proactive and be willing to do what needs to be done without first being asked.
Communicate effectively and thoroughly with management (as well as providing semi-regular updates to parents and nanny team).
