Are you a professional engineer licensed in TX? Have you worked with ADA accessibility? Can you help me verify that the ramp I installed on my property meets ADA requirements? Specifically, the ramp has to comply with the requirements of 2012 TAS 405 and 405.8 and Sections 1014 and 1015 of the 2021 IBC.
I am working with the city to convert a residential home to a commercial build for child-care use. I need a letter with a PE number/stamp to approve the ramp for ADA requirements. If this is something in your knowledge/experience, please let me know!
