Description We are offering an opportunity for a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team located in Austin, Texas. The role involves managing financial operations within a thriving e-commerce industry, with a specific focus on overseeing financial activities between our company and manufacturing production companies. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Manage the close of the books and monthly account reconciliations Handle the FP& A work, primarily the forecasting Use accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning tools effectively Ensure compliance with GAAP ASC 606 and ASC 842 Handle the year-end closings and perform auditing Manage journal entries and bank reconciliations Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks Manage 3 warehouse operations in the US Oversee invoicing for both the wholesale and e-commerce sectors.
