Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our finance department, managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and addressing customer queries. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Process credit applications for customers with precision and efficiency Oversee customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and accurate Take necessary action concerning customer accounts based on account monitoring Use accounting software systems and ERP for account management and data handling Handle collections, ensuring detail-oriented communication and adherence to company policies Assist in setting up new customers in the system Ensure all billing functions are performed accurately and promptly Manage cash activity and cash handling procedures within the department Support other accounts receivable tasks as needed.
