Job Description:
Create orders for customers
Contact retail locations to help get an order
Educate customers on cowboy boots and the "feel" and "fit" of each boot
Educate customers how to maintain and care for their products
Will switch from email communication
Qualifications:
Customer Support Experience
Experience working in the Shoe or Boot Industry
