Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Customer Project/Program Manager in support of our industry leading technology development client in Austin, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.
Lead project teams in the implementation efforts for projects/programs
Key project milestones, adjusting project plans and/or resources
Responsible for providing testing support, escalation management, tracking issues to conclusion, coordinating call, documenting actions
Communicates status to stakeholders as needed
Ensures that project implementation is documented following the correct methodology - designs, development, testing plans, change orders, etc.
Directs and monitors work daily, identifying resource needs, quality review and escalating quality timeline issues appropriately issuing resolution
May work with vendors - and will need to manage the contractual commitments, scopes of work, budget and timeline (as applicable)
Candidates must have experience in the duties listed to qualify for this role. Any education or related certifications are a plus.
