We’re looking for an accomplished analyst who understands innovative people analytics strategies, has experience translating data into practical insights, and is comfortable handling large data sets, ad hoc analysis, Tableau dashboards, and written requirements documentation.
Description:In this role you will join our Ad Platforms’ Growth Operations team to:
Perform ongoing data management for our talent database
Troubleshoot issues with data management technology, identify root causes and recommend solutions, and find and execute opportunities to automate and streamline analytics processes
Deliver monthly reporting on organizational health by pulling, cleansing, and validating data from data warehouses using PGAdmin, Tableau, and Tableau Prep
Provide the data to support ad hoc requests and explore emerging areas, and ultimately recommend what should be scaled to an ongoing analytic product
Build data visualizations that illustrate the insights in a way that is easy to understand, clear, and concise
Liaise with business partners and serve as the technical point of contact
Perform data discovery and create proof of concepts for new talent reporting
Key Qualifications:2+ years experience in business analytics
Proficiency with querying, modeling, data visualization, and reporting along with hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Excel
Ability to maintain and expand data warehouses using Postgres SQL and can optimize SQL code to improve performance
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy of data across assets
Strength in communication, visualization, and articulation to deliver important insights to shape decisions
Driven by curiosity to understand the story behind the data and to design cutting-edge data visualizations
