Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
Search websites for information
Investigate reports and sheets of data
Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
Customer service experience required
Data entry experience
Proficiency in Application administration
Demonstrated typing accuracy
Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
