Sales Enablement & Development: Design, implement, and manage FranklinCovey’s sales enablement program to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources. This includes onboarding new hires and providing ongoing development for seasoned sales professionals.
Content Management: Develop, manage, and maintain a library of sales content, including presentations, playbooks, case studies, and other collateral. Ensure that all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with FranklinCovey’s messaging and brand.
Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and optimize sales processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
Technology & Tools Management: Oversee the adoption and utilization of sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and communication tools. Ensure the sales team is proficient in using these tools to drive performance.
Performance Analytics: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Facilitate the flow of information and feedback between these departments and the sales team.
Sales Communications: Develop and manage internal sales communications, including newsletters, updates, and announcements. Ensure the sales team is informed about FranklinCovey’s initiatives, product updates, and market trends.
Sales Readiness: Ensure the sales team is prepared to engage effectively with customers by coordinating product training, competitive analysis, and market updates. Support the rollout of new products, services, and promotions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within FranklinCovey, advocating for the needs and priorities of the sales organization.
Travel as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, or a directly related field.
8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a sales related role.
3+ years of experience leading teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience scaling high-performing teams.
Experience working in a publicly-traded company.
Proven track record or designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other Sales Enablement Platforms/Tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
CompensationCalifornia - Anticipated compensation for this position is $200-220k OTE split 70/30 between base/variable pay.
