Procore is looking for a Director, People Partner (Go to Market) to join Procore’s Global People Organization as a strategic leader and advisor to the Customer Success leadership. The People Partner function at Procore is evolving and changing as Procore grows. We need your strategic thinking, coaching, and development skills to shape and scale Procore’s Go To Market Organization.As the Director, People Partner, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, People Team leadership, and employees throughout the organization to ensure talent capabilities drive and support our business objectives. This position reports into Sr. Director, Go To Market People Partners and is to be based in Austin.
