I’m looking for an organized, proactive, and trustworthy personal assistant to support me as I grow my business. This isn’t just another “run errands” job—you’ll have the opportunity to be part of something dynamic. What You’ll Do:
- Carefully pack and prepare thoughtful client gifts
- Arrange cleaning services and provide access for cleaners
- Handle deliveries, returns, and organize packages inside the house
- Grocery shop, pick up supplies, and shop for other essentials
- Let service providers or guests into the house
- Run errands like getting my car washed, filling up gas, etc.
- Occasionally help organize my apartment
- Water plants while I’m away
- Ad Hoc projects/tasks as needed
Optional Tasks (for extra hours if you're interested):
- Help with laundry and light cleaning
- Driving me to events or appointments
What I’m Looking For:
- Someone who’s communicative, dependable, and manages their time like a pro
- A person who pays attention to the details—whether it's wrapping gifts or organizing
- Someone who is reliable, organized and on-time—if you’re frequently late or cancel, this isn’t the role for you
- A problem-solver who loves learning and thinking ahead
- Valid and Clean Driver's License
