Description We are seeking a Finance Manager based in Austin, Texas. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Finance Manager, you will be tasked with a multitude of responsibilities, including managing accounting functions, capital management, and customer service. Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of all accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. Utilize diverse Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial management processes. Manage capital and ensure it is utilized efficiently and effectively. Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Use ADP - Financial Services to manage and process payroll and other financial services. Utilize Concur for efficient travel and expense management. Leverage CRM systems to manage customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain financial transparency.
