Leveraging experience working in the Utility Industry;
Demonstrating Electrical Engineering experience;
Applying proven experience in Control room operations, distribution planning or a system operation;
Creating solutions architects for AMI, DERMS, ADMS, DA schemes and IT/OT convergence;
Understanding of Cloud architecture and approaches for consolidating IT/OT system data;
Assisting project leadership in the coordination of activities across teams to achieve goals;
Coordinating the gathering of business requirements, leveraging extensive know-how of architectural design components and being able to read and interpret a design document;
Communicating complex concepts stakeholders and teammates;
Building client relationships, being able to multitask (including client and internal work) while producing work that is accurate, detail-oriented, and reflects well on the business;
Resolving complex design issues, making decisions with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives, and recommending courses of action to provide benefits to the client and/or the business;
Leveraging creative thinking skills when developing and proposing strategies that lead to clients' and/or business' processes and team improvements;
Applying problem-solving skills, emphasizing the diagnosing of root causes and developing implementable, workable solutions;
Leveraging interpersonal skills and participating as an independent contributor with little supervision or as an active team member based on the business situation and needs;
