Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Hybrid Change Management Lead position located in Austin, TX 78727 zip code.Pay: $ 51.66/HRShift: Monday - Friday (3 days onsite) 1st shiftLength: 6+ monthsWe are seeking a Change Management Lead with 7+ years of experience to define and implement an organizational change management strategy for a platform of technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to take a systematic approach to drive the adoption of software products and to amplify the value delivered by the products.Job Duties:· Applying a blend of structured methodologies, pragmatism, and empathy, you will interact with partners and cross-functional team.· Drive hands-on, organizational change management to help partners buy into change and remain committed to the change throughout any associated discomfort· Gain a comprehensive understanding of the core functionality, value proposition, and target audience for each of the six tools in our technology platform· Create and maintain scalable and effective training material and knowledge libraries for the tools· Work closely with product managers and a UAT lead to integrate change management practices and considerations into all facets of the software product development lifecycle· Occasionally coordinate and deliver live trainings on how to use the tools, in person and remotely· Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and succinct communication in all change management work streamsQualifications:· 7+ years' experience in organizational change management roles pertaining to software products , preferably in an internal solutions context· Expertise in instructional design and the curation, creation, and maintenance of scalable and effective training material and knowledge libraries for software products· Successful track record working in complex organizations to collaborate with cross-functional partners· Proficiency prioritizing competing priorities to act on the most pragmatic and scalable opportunities· Experience coordinating and conducting live trainings for software products, in person and remotely· Ability to coach others to absorb and adopt best practices for organizational change managementWhy work for Adecco?
