Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Authorization Coordinator to join our team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our advisors and ensuring efficient office operations.Responsibilities:

Complete and process new business applications promptly and accurately.

Order and maintain stock of new business applications and marketing brochures.

Handle incoming client service calls in a friendly and professional manner.

Process and follow up on client service work, ensuring timely resolution.

Update and review our database/CRM to reflect account status for new business and service.

Maintain an organized, compliant, and efficient filing system.

Follow up on pending business and provide clients with updates as needed.

Assist Advisor(s) with pre-appointment preparation.

Gather account values and prepare client review summaries for upcoming appointments.

Manage new business submitted and issued in the reporting tool.

Assist Advisor(s) with client reports and mailings.

Support Advisor(s) with educational workshops and client events as required.

Act as phone backup to other office personnel for phone coverage.

Maintain current Advisor's licenses and appointments with agencies and companies.

Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a financial services environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.

Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
