job detailsjob summary:An esteemed client is in need of an IT Operations Specialist. This role will be 100% onsite as they are looking for this person to be the face of IT Support. The ideal candidate for the role will have:
The ability to support remote users.
2 years experience using Windows 10 providing activation, installation, and desktop troubleshooting
Experience identifying issues within Active Directory and ability to troubleshoot
Need to be able to do hardware repairs. (Broken harddrives, repairs, etc)
VPN Activity.
Experience with Mobile issues
Soft Skills:
HEAVY TEAMWORK ENVIRONMENT.
Always asking questions.
Feedback, coachability, and teamwork is important.
