Job Description Understand the suite of offerings and services provided to customers with focus on SLAs, processes unique to each customer and in-flight projects and actions currently underway.
Develop and maintain excellent relations with key service managers and stakeholders in the customer organizations
Ensure internal delivery organizations show 100% adherence to customer processes and delivery timelines.
Chair daily calls to co-ordinate open issues and next steps with the ability to track and report
(1.) To develop strategy and direction for meeting the overall objective.
(2.) To drive program implementation, identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth management of all the programs.
(3.) To establish, track and review KPIorMetrics and manage key Program Partners or Stakeholders interest of multiple programs.
(4.) To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery. Eg: Works closely with other technical advisorsor CTOor CIO in customer organizations and external vendors as required to manage cross-functional prioritization, execution, issueorrisk identification, and resolution
(5.) To manage program budget, operations and deliverables for multiple programs by removing roadblocks for smooth program management
