RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Austin, TX is looking for an L2 Systems Analyst Backfill. This role will be 100% on site at the client's office downtown (parking provided!). This person will be supporting everything from new internal hires to applications, Azure, Active Directory, and exchange support for internal employees. Tickets will vary from resetting passwords to complex application issues via Zendesk ticketing system.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years of total Experience for the Systems Analyst
Customer Service - dealing with the internal customers; Executive leadership comes to the Austin office, so they need to be professional
PowerShell & SQL knowledge
Active Directory and Exchange
OS and Outlook
Laptop and user provisioning
Web application troubleshooting
Zoom troubleshooting experience

Willingness to learn
Experience working with executives or high level
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
