The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services team:Enterprise Services Time & Labor Management (TLM) is seeking a strong candidate for an Analyst position who is focused on individual and team performance, as well as continuous process improvement. The TLM team is responsible for ensuring timecards are accurate and compliant with Raytheon Technologies policies, as well as Federal and State Labor Laws. The Time & Labor team manages a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment with continuously expanding responsibilities to support timecard commitments enterprise-wide. As a member of the TLM Governance & compliance team the successful candidate will be able to understand and interpret policies, practices, concepts, and Federal & State labor laws. This position will support Time & Labor process documentation and optimization, policy review and governance, collaborate with business partners across the enterprise to identify documentation needs, and assist the team with problem resolution & daily timecard reviews. Primary Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining TLM process documentation and training modules.

Assisting the TLM team with daily timecard support efforts.

Continually assessing & enhancing timecard SAP systems for optimum team performance.

Developing solutions to a variety of problems and complexities.

Identifying & coordinating team trainings to ensure team effectiveness.

Continuous checks for work accuracy to detect and correct errors within current responsibilities.

Understand & Interpret Federal & State labor laws to assist in internal policy compliance & Governance.

Collaborating across businesses to identify, create, & maintain TLM documentation.

Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of related financial experience.

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).

Ability to work effectively in a team environment; must work well with others.

An understanding of labor policies and federal & state labor laws.

Analytical ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve internal and external discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to provide concise verbal and written communication in a corporate environment.

Self-starter; forward thinking with the ability to strengthen results and continuous process improvements.

Working knowledge of SAP, Workday, or ADP Payroll with emphasis within areas of Timekeeping or Payroll.

Detail oriented Self-starter with ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize task to manage workload effectively.

Education:Requires a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.Work Authorization Status:This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.Location:Hybrid: North TexasThe salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
