Exciting Opportunity: Become Our Next National Accounts Manager! We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven, business development professional to drive AIM Honeycomb's national growth strategy, expand our supplier network, and strengthen our presence across key markets throughout the United States. This is a high-impact role that combines sales, supplier relationship management, and market development. As a National Accounts Manager, you will engage directly with automotive recyclers, auto dismantling and salvage yards, automotive groups, and industrial accounts across the country. You will build trusted supplier relationships, secure strategic commercial partnerships, and position Honeycomb as the preferred catalyst recycling and recovery partner.This role is responsible for expanding Honeycomb's national supplier network and securing supply across the United States through strategic account development, direct supplier engagement, and commercial execution. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who thrives in the field, proactively identifies and pursues new business opportunities, and delivers measurable business results.This is a remote position with national travel (up to 60%). Key Responsibilities You will develop, negotiate, and secure long-term purchasing agreements, toll refining contracts, and strategic supply partnerships that drive volume, margin, and profitability.You will drive national sourcing initiatives focused on automotive and related catalyst or precious metal-bearing materials.You will prospect, develop, and convert new supplier relationships while expanding existing accounts.You will lead bids, structure competitive tolling agreements, and negotiate pricing strategies You will conduct regular onsite visits to supplier locations, including auto recyclers, auto dismantlers, scrap processors, and industrial accounts throughout the U.S.You will develop territory and account growth plans through routine face-to-face engagement and proactive account developmentYou will strengthen supplier trust through transparency, consistent communication, and consistent relationship management You will represent AIM Honeycomb at tradeshows, conferences, and supplier visits to expand market share You will analyze market and competitor trends to optimize pricing, margins, and growth strategy You will collaborate closely with operations, logistics, administration, and finance to ensure seamless commercial execution  You will leverage supplier feedback and field intelligence to drive continuous improvement in commercial performance, service offerings, and supplier satisfactionYou will use and leverage CRM, analytics, and market intelligence to manage pipeline activity, forecast supply volumes, identify growth opportunities, and drive commercial performanceYou will serve as the primary commercial representative for AIM Honeycomb within assigned national accounts and strategic supplier relationships.
