Role: Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

  • Service delivery Manager with 10 plus Oracle Fusion experience on Oracle ERP with at least 2+ years working on Oracle Financials and SCM Cloud implementation/development/Support in following Fusion modules: GL, AP, PO, AR, CM, OM, Tax, Cost Management, Inventory, Agile PLM, PDH, Depot Repair, Reverse Logistics, Billing and Revenue Management
  • Has thorough knowledge on end to end process on one or more process: P2P, R2R,PTM,Intercompany and Consolidation, O2C
  • Hands on experience on Oracle Fusion tables, views and setups
  • Hands on experience on SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, Integration, report development experience with OTBI
  • Must has exposure working with 3PLs, Contract Manufacturers, EDI partners and Banks
  • Experience supporting period close process and ability to root cause incidents
  • Experience resolving production tickets by doing root cause analysis and adhering to SLAs
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Ability to identify the risks early
  • Ability to create smooth process of ticket handling and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to generate the metrics and ensuring all SLAs are followed
