Description Robert Half is hiring for a Process Improvement Manager role. The role reports to (and partners closely with) the Director of Process Improvement for Finance & Accounting to assist in the identification, design, execution and implementation of process improvement initiatives. This manager has the responsibility of working cross-functionally to lead and drive many types of projects that touch multiple key processes within the organization. Position Responsibilities: Leading the management and execution of process improvement projects Assist in developing and executing the overall process improvement office goals and objectives Develop an understanding of IAAWG business, examine solutions holistically and the impact of changes to existing processes, and drive organizational changes Document the current and future state processes, modify and create new best practice operating procedures, policies, and processes as appropriate Partner with key business unit leaders and subject matter experts on business requirements, changes, challenges, and optimal solutions Ability to communicate the potential risks and impact of the proposed solutions Conduct training and support any other training efforts on any changes in best practices workflows Prepare KPIs, benchmarking, business analytics, process documentation and workflow modelling Develop business cases and perform “what if” financial modeling to evaluate initiatives Identify cost-saving measures, ROI, waste, and errors Support lean process improvement efforts through visual six-sigma data analysis techniques and project management life cycle Provide data analysis, auditing, integration testing, and reporting assistance for system implementationsRole Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Accounting Solid and proven knowledge of project management methodologies - Project Management Certification required Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a project manager. Furthermore, established engagement experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement projects is required; project management experience within the accounting and finance space is a plus Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies – Green Belt certification required; Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Black Belt Certification a strong plus Confident and knowledgeable user with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheet, Miro, and exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, HFM, Microsoft Dynamics GP) Additional knowledge and understanding of software tools designed to aid with project management, change management and various other tools designed to aid in the process improvement effort (e.g. workflow modelling) Accounting and Finance acumen a strong plus Requirements PMP Certification, Green Belt, NetSuite, Oracle, Project Management, Project Management Process Improvement, Process Improvement Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
