Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Producer in the creative industry, based in Austin, Texas. As a Producer, your role will involve overseeing both pre-production and post-production processes, managing project budgets and timelines, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage pre-production and post-production processes for video and TV, as well as stills/print and digital/social projects. Understand and manage production budgets and timelines effectively. Collaborate with vendors to manage voice-over recordings, sound mixes, color and finishes. Manage and understand talent fees, contracts, negotiations, and renewals. Have a basic understanding of file types and specifications for print projects. Manage timelining and budgeting for display and email builds, along with implementation. Handle client and supplier relationships, setting expectations and boundaries. Communicate effectively with the team, interpreting briefs, feedback, and project histories. Manage priorities and timelines to meet deliverables efficiently. Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other relevant software for managing and executing creative projects. Requirements Demonstrable experience in a Producer role or similar capacity Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign Experience in creating and managing different types of advertisements Strong understanding of brand awareness strategies and their implementation Experience in artwork creation, brochures design, and other promotional materials Proficiency in handling various digital platforms for content distribution Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
