Manages the performance of multiple related teams potentially across disciplines or locations, or has significant influence over the performance of multiple teams direct or indirect reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Creates and refines Product Marketing strategies, secures and oversees marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for program success. Collaborates with sales and product leads to allocate resources, address competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals, and creates and drives client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth.
