Work involves planning, developing, and implementing an agency program and providing consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, government agencies, community organizations, or the general public. May provide guidance to others. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.CSECs Programs division is seeking a dynamic and effective individual to join their team as a 9-1-1 Program Specialist to support the Director of Programs. Specifically, the 9-1-1 Program Specialist will be responsible for assisting 9-1-1 Program staff in the planning, developing, implementing, and continuing operation of 9-1-1 service and technologies, providing consultative services and technical assistance to the program grantees and vendors, and monitoring compliance with CSEC rules and policies.DUTIES PERFORMED:Staff responsibilities and performance expectations are linked to the goals in the agencys strategic plan.[]{#Hlk96029525}It is an essential job function for assigned personnel to meet attendance expectations.
