Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Work you'll do/Responsibilities Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Designing, configuring, testing, and deploying SAP AP/HRMM solutions to meet business needs.Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring efficient utilization of SAP modules.Coordinating with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement managementThe Team Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. 8+ years experience with SAP AP/HRMM modules.
8+ years experience in SAP systems, specifically in Accounts Payable (AP) and Human Resources Management (HRM) and Materials Management (HRMM).
8+ years of consulting experience
FICA experience
Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with clients
Experience with S/4HANA.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
Project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

SAP Certification in AP and/or HRMM modules.
PMP certification
