Description: Partner with hiring managers in a consultative fashion in understanding position requirements. Develop and drive talent sourcing and acquisition strategies to ensure high performing and diverse talent pools. Serve as headhunter in penetrating/capture of top talent. Execute recruiting best practices while ensuring recruiting plans align with Flex’s overall talent management strategies and leadership model. Serve as an expert sourcer for identifying and engaging talent. Work on diversity programs and team projects. Ensure smooth, professional recruiting processes with candidates and hiring managers from search initiation through onboarding. Develop and communicate outcomes-based performance metrics to business. Leverage depth of experience in recruiting to provide thought leadership across the full recruitment cycle. Contribute to Global Talent Acquisition initiatives to support continuous process improvements. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, a driver, finds solutions, keeps pace, and models client service excellence. Systems thinker, able to see the big picture while understanding day-to-day requirements for success in competitive landscape. Superb level assessment skills, credibility to build strong working relationships with clients and their HRBPs.Skills:Human Resources, Recruiting, NetworkingTop Skills Details:Human Resources, Recruiting, NetworkingAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of professional recruiting experience with track record of demonstrated success in sourcing strategies and talent acquisition. Demonstrated track record in delivering value-added, consultative client service from initial intake discussion on resource requirements to creating highly effective sourcing strategies, leading assessment and calibration processes to closing. Able to understand and communicate market trends, value-added perspective on how best to source and attract talent. Able to manage multiple priorities while delivering acquisition services with excellence. Able to triage and sort through competing demands. Candidates should have prior experience supporting manufacturing engineering related hiring. Must have prior full cycle recruiting experience including requisition qualification and regular interaction with hiring teams.
